About 2009 Aluminum Keyboard Firmware Update 1.0
This firmware update improves battery performance of the 2009 Aluminum Apple Wireless Keyboard when used in combination with other Bluetooth devices (example. Magic Mouse, Bluetooth headsets).
Your 2009 Aluminum Apple Wireless Keyboard must be connected or paired to perform this update.
The update package will install an updater application into the Applications/Utilities folder and will launch it automatically.
Once launched, please follow the instructions in the updater application to complete the update process.
If you are installing from a Mac portable, your computer's power cord must be connected and plugged into a working power source.
Click Continue to begin the update process.
