Added ability to stop Cocktail from logging out, restarting or shutting down the computer at the end of a scheduled programme

Addresses an issue where clearing the virtual memory swap files may cause kernel panics on systems running Mac OS X 10.6.3
Addresses minor compatibility issues with Mac OS X 10.6.3 (v 1.0 and 1.1) identified in the previous release.
