Sei certo che ti sono stati mandati di proposito ? Sono (sarebbero) files apribili come pdf (pdf forms), ma... ci sono stati virus in circolazione che si propagavano proprio mandando files del genere. Col mac non corri rischi, ma se non sei certo che questi files ti sono stati mandati con cognizione di causa, cestinali.

li apri con adobe acrobat. http://www.fileinfo.net/extension/fdf
in alternativa on line potrebbero esserci siti che convertono quel file in altro formato. siti di cui si è parlato nel forum.
