Complete reorganization of preferences and menus.
Now you can really define the hotkey for bringing Minuteur to the front. This was not formerly the case.
Improved Growl support.
Improved stopwatch mode.
Stopwatch list management enables timing of multiple projects.
New visual alert: Flash screen.
Minuteur is now scriptable (stopping for example).
And many more minor improvements.
