Guardando le puntate dei Simpson vi sar\u00e0 capitato di notare svariate citazioni di prodotti hardware e software Apple (alcune segnalate nel topic Le apparizioni del Mac<\/em><\/a> – post 1<\/a>, 219<\/a>, 470<\/a> e 517<\/a>). Prima che i Simpson nascessero, il suo creatore Matt Groening realizz\u00f2 nel 1989 una brochure per Apple intitolata “Who needs a computer anyway?”,<\/em>\u00a0indirizzata agli studenti e distribuita nelle librerie dei college.<\/p>\n

I disegni riprendevano i personaggi di “Life in Hell”<\/em>, creazione di Groening precedente ai Simpson. Ma oltre a questa brochure, Groening realizz\u00f2 anche dei poster per Apple. Il primo, “Networking in Hell”<\/em>, pare sia stato retribuito all’autore da Apple con una LaserWriter<\/a>, la prima (e molto costosa)\u00a0stampante laser prodotta da Apple negli anni ’80.<\/p>\n

Il secondo, “Bongo’s Dream Dorm”<\/em>, probabilmente fu distribuito a scopo promozionale assieme alla brochure e furono realizzate anche delle magliette con la stessa illustrazione.<\/p>\n
