!!chi ha mai fatto video streaming con VLC?!!

Mi chiedevo se c'era qualcuno che ha mai fatto video streaming con VLC...perchè ho sentito che è possibile e leggevo in alcuni altri forum di winzozz che se dotati di adsl 4 mb o di rete fastweb è possibile guardare canali tv! se qualcuno l'avesse o ci fosse mai riuscito potrebbe darmi delle indicazioni su come riuscirci?
