ragazzi ho installato parallel come faccio a condividere i file con il mac???

Shared Folders
Note. This tab is active in Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista guest OSes only. In other guest OSes
you will see the message: "Feature is not available for this type of
guest operating system".
Enable shared folder option allows/prohibits using shared folders in the virtual machine.
The list below displays all the shared folders created for this virtual machine. The Name
column shows name of the folder in the guest OS, the Path column shows the same folder in
the file system of your Mac.
Add button opens the Shared Folder Properties dialog for creating a new shared folder.
See the Using Shared Folders (page 123) section for detailed description of this process.
Delete button removes the selected shared folder.
Edit button opens the Shared Folder Properties dialog where you can make changes in
the shared folder properties. See the description of this dialog in the Using Shared Folders
(page 123) section.

Che fino a qui "c'eri" non si evinceva dalla domanda che hai posto.
Io il programma non lo conosco ma nel manuale pdf che ti ho segnalato mi pare ci sia scritto tutto

in primo luogo devi installare i paralles tools, poi in configuration editor (le preferenze) della tua virtual machine:
(la mia cartella condivisa si chiama downloads in HD.)
tasto + o - per aggiungere o togliere, scegli un eventuale nome e indichi la directory (un cartella) qualsiasi sul mac
sulla scrivania di XP trovi un alias (un collegamento) chiamato shared folders, doppio clik e appare la cartella del mac messa in condivisione.
in quella cartella o più cartelle, anche l'intero disco volendo, leggi e scrivi.
cmq l'ultima versione di paralles permette il drag and drop, quindi in parte la necessità di una cartella condivisa viene meno. poi dipende.... chiaro...

noon mi compare ne la cartella sulla scrivania ne mi permette di fare il drag and drop
