CURL library bindings revamped to version 7.18.1 to help the development of the hotmail plugin

FreePOPs 0.2.9
OSX uses an embedded an new version of libcURL (required for hotmail)
OSX package correctly reports its version
Ubuntu (and the LTS dapper version) have a better support now (thanks blackmoon)
updater-dialog and updater-zenity fixed to use mktem instead of tempfile when not available (thanks Vito De Tullio)
Some fixes to plugins: hotmail, supereva (thanks Scimmia), mailcom, yahoo

ho scaricato macfreepops 2.6, l'ho attivato e ho provato a configurare mail con
server di posta in entrata 127.0.0.1
ma non funziona...
