li aspetiamo vivamente visto che il programma che viene fornito in dotazione è veramente scadente.

Che delusione, ho comprato la hercules per mac, pagandola oltretutto di piu' e alla fine, utilizzarla con windows perchè il software è scadente....

e' possibile che non esista una patch per traktor 3??

Quelle che sono sul sito non sembrano assolutamente risolvere il problema.

comunque, credo che questo non sia il forum ottimale nel quale discutere l'argomento....

mi suggerite qualche forum dove potrei postare la mia domanda?

E infatti... ma temo che la risposta te l'abbiano già data quelli della Hercules...

Prova a contattare giangii per vedere se può aiutarti, anche se nella discussione che ti ho segnalato si fa riferimento a un modello leggermente differente; ovviamente se dovessi risolvere il problema sei pregato di riportare in questo topic la soluzione.... grazie

si meigel, provo a contattare Giangii, avevo letto il suo post, solo che, ho provato a fare come dice lui, ma niente....

Ieri sono riuscitoa contattare telefonicamente il supporto asistenza, solo che parlano solo in inglese, e male....

Ho capito qualcosa riguardo un file da sostituire, ma non ho capito nè quale, ne dove metterlo...oltretutto, mi ci è voluto 10 minuti per fargli capire che il famoso file ASIO di cui mi parlavano non esiste nel pannello di controllo della versione di mac....

eppure, credo che "i use Macintosch " sia abbastanza comprensibile....

Comunque, ho richiesto una spiegazione scritta che per il momento non ho ricevuto...vedremo.

Tranquilli, se mai riuscirò a venir a capo del problema posto la soluzione...

Intanto, spero che Giangii sappia qualcosa in piu'...

La procedura per far funzionare Traktor 3 con la tua console dovrebbe essere la seguente (tratto dal forum utenti Native Instruments)

Please first choose your Hercules DJ Console as your audio device (Traktor3´s preferences/ Audio setup/ Soundcard).

Now choose your Hercules Console as your MIDI interface (Traktor3´s preferences/ Hotkey&MIDI/ MIDI Interfaces).

If you did so , please open the \"MIDI Setup\" panel of the \"Hotkey&MIDI setup\" in Traktor3´s preferences. There you can assign which buttons of your Console controll which knob in Traktor3. Press the \"Add\" button and select e.g. the X-fader (Master/ Audio/ X-fader) from the appearing menu. As you can see, the X-fader appears in the list.

Now, press the \"learn\" button and move the x-fader of your Hercules Console . You will recognize that the x-fader in Traktor3 allready follows the moves of your Consoles x-fader.

In the \"Add\" button menu, you can find every knob/ fader/ controll of Traktor3, so you can assign every button of the Console to every Controll of Traktor3 using the \"learn\" button.

In pratica da quello che ho capito si tratta di assegnare i vari controlli della console, uno alla volta; Traktor salva queste impostazioni in un file .tks. Avendo questo file a disposizione e indicandone la directoty nel setup di Traktor è possibile risparmiarsi la fatica di "insegnare" a Traktor come reagire ai vari comandi.
In allegato c'è un file .tks per la versione per PC della Hercules; da quello che ho letto dovrebbe funzionare anche con la tua.

purtroppo però, LEARN non funziona.....e questo, perkè alla fine non riesce a riconoscere hercules....

inoltre, ho riscontrato un altro problema: il pannello preferenze di Hercules mi si legge male...ovvero, non si legge ciò ke c'è scritto a meno che non ci pasi sopra con la freccetta del mouse....

E questo me lo fa anche con la versione LE (che ho trovato in dotazione con la console) e non capisco il motivo...alla fine, perian a parte, non ho fatto alcuna modifica alla scheda video....

Cmq, niente, learn non funziona purtroppo...e quel driver di settaggio, neanche.

"Thank you for your request. In order to resolve the issue you have encountered with your , please refer to our response herewith:
Traktor 3 is fully compatible with DJ Console MK2. Many of our customers use Traktor successfully either on PC, or on MAC.

In order to configure the mixing software properly there are 3 steps:

1. Make sure that the console is installed properly on your computer, and that it is seen as the main soundcard, as well as MIDI device.

2. Make sure that the soundcard options are properly configured in Traktor.

Under ?Soundcard / Audio devices? select the DJ Console MK2 Aggregate.

Make sure to select ?Internal?.

The output routing are configured as follows:

Master Left: Output 1
Master Right: Output 2

Monitor Left: Output 3
Monitor Right: Output 4.

If you do not use any audio source connected to the console you will find ?Not Connected? at input routing.

3. Configure the MIDI ports in Traktor.

Go to ?Hotkey and MIDI setup? and make sure the DJ Console MK2 is selected as ?MIDI Interface? . A cross under the ?Active? column will show that the console is detected properly.

If the cross is missing go back to Applications/ Utilities and make sure the console is detected as MIDI device. Disconnecting and reconnecting the console will help most probably.

Now select the ?Midi Setup? menu and click the ?Load? button. Locate and select the TKS file in order to load it.

There are two preset files available:

These files are different.

Once loaded, you will know the console is functional because the ? Control? window is filled now with information.

No matter where you save these files, they have to be loaded in Traktor so that the console works."


HO PROVATO...NON SO DOVE SBAGLIO....EPPURE, MI SEMBREREBBE DI AVER CONFIGURATO TUTTO BENE....

FORSE è LA PARTE DELLA CONFIGURAZIONE MIDI IN CUI MI PERDO, MA MI SEMBRA STRANO.....

alla fine, una volta settata la hercules come dispositivo MIDI, non dovrebbe comunque riconoscerla??

I comandi in hotkey li ho settati bene...e comunque ho fatto una prova anche manuale ma niente, non apprende da learn
