compilazione sorgenti

ciao sto provando a compilare da sorgente alcune librerie, ma ho trovato un intoppo....
da questo (http://www.kyngchaos.com/macosx/index.php) sito ho trovato una guida completa per la compilazione del progamma che mi interessa, con tutte le dipendenze (http://www.kyngchaos.com/macosx/dependencies.php) necessarie per un perfetto funzionamento, il problema è sorto quando sono arrivato a compilare queste librerie : jpeg (http://www.kyngchaos.com/macosx/install/libjpeg.php) e geotiff (http://www.kyngchaos.com/macosx/install/geotiff.php) , nelle istruzioni per la compilazione c'è una parte dove dice :
per jpeg :-- "" Then, you need to update the libtool (http://www.kyngchaos.com/macosx/install/libtool135update.zip) file in the source. This contains a couple Mac OS X patches to this version of libtool. Also, download this patch (http://www.kyngchaos.com/macosx/install/jpegpatch.zip) for the makefile and unzip it into the source folder. ""
mentre
per geotiff :-- "" Grab these patches (http://www.kyngchaos.com/macosx/install/geotiff122patches.zip). Unzip them into the geotiff source folder (make sure they aren't in a subfolder after unzipping). ""

...non ho capito come effettuare questi passaggi ( update the libtool file in the source.......download this patch for the makefile and unzip it into the source folder.......Grab these patches. Unzip them into the geotiff source folder).

...il problema che ho posto, non esiste. In quanto un' attenta lettura dell' how-to avrebbe fugato ogni dubbio sul come procedere.
scusatemi di nuovo.... :)

p.s. se c'è qualche "compilatore umano" che abbia voglia di farsi chiedere un po di cose ne sarei felice!
