L'ho scaricata installata e funziona. Poi ho riavviato e il plugin in Safari non c'è più.

Sbaglio candeggio?

Versione di Glims: quella consigliata per Snow Leopard
Versione Snow Leopard: 10.6.1
Versione Mac: MacBookPro5,3 2,8Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo

forse hai qualche altro plug in che va in conflitto

Guarda che il problema non è solo tuo:

I can't install it, Installer said installtion went ok, but physically there has be no installation.
What could it be?
Forse hai installato qualcosa che va in conflitto. Oppure non sei tu che sbagli candeggio, sono loro che devono rivedere il prodotto...
