POIVY per Mac

Ciao,
premetto di essere un principiante del mondo mac e che l'ho comprato solo per curiosità ma in ogni caso ho bisogno di configurare il mac con il sistema di chiamate denominato Voip. In particolare con windows uso Poivy economico ed efficiente. La domanda è qualcuno è riuscito ad usarlo con Mac e come???
