iStat menus

Da poche ore ho tradito il buon MenuMeters (http://www.tuttologia.com/freeware/menumeters.html) con iStat menus e devo riconoscere che quest'ultimo è molto meglio: la grafica è accattivante e la personalizzazione del menu "Data e Ora" veramente utile.

Come MenuMeters permette di monitorare in tempo reale CPU, RAM e traffico network.

lo uso da tempo e ne sono molto soddisfatto. monitorizza anche temperature e ventole. praticamente tutto.... io lo uso su ogni mac per il network, la ram e la cpu. un'ottima segnalazione. :)

EDIT/ Avevate ragione (come sempre). Menumeters è stato cestinato!....e mi sa che pure iStat pro e MenuCalendarClock, a breve farano la stessa fine. :)

Non l'avevo mai provato... ottimo e iper-personalizzabile.
Ho mandato in pensione MenuMeters e wClock in un colpo solo.

l'attuale versione scaricabile (1.3) non è compatibile snow leopard. lo sarà tra poco. c'è una versione beta (2.0) per il suddetto sistema che funziona bene ed è stabile. chi fosse interessato la trova qui: http://www.sendspace.com/file/q67ac9

Pure io, i ventilatori andavano al massimo e non si spegnevano più (anche dopo riavvio) e ho dovuto eliminare le preferenze e l'applicazione.... La misura della temperatura da me non funzionava: vedevo la parola Temp nella barra dei menu ma nessun numero (ma era così anche con la versione prima, mi diceva che era impossibile installare i sensori).

Oltretutto gli ho scritto per chiedere di ricevere un seriale gratis (ho versato un contributo volontario l'estate scorsa di 20 dollari) e non ho ricevuto risposta!

Ora uso istat pro.
