HD interno per mac pro

Arriciao a tutti..
oggi mi sento una gran rompiscatole, ma come si sa, i problemi vengono tutti insieme..se no, che gusto c'è? Il mio mac pro è li li per chiedermi pietà..è arrivato il tempo di aggiungere un bel hard disk interno..cosa mi consigliate? (senza spendere un capitale:oops)
