Exc_breakpoint (crash di Heidrun)

Buon giorno a tutti,
mi sono appena registrato su questo forum :)
A dire il vero sono un po di giorno che di tanto in tanto gli do un occhiata e oggi finalmente mi sono deciso a registrarmi.
Mi posso definire un pellegrino del MAC, ho sempre lavorato solo con PC ma adesso ho cambiato lavoro e all'interno della mia rete ci sono anche dei MAC.
Fino ad oggi mi sono limitato a guardarli con aria sospettosa pregando :worty: ogni mattina che non mi diano nessun problema, e devo dire rispetto a un PC me ne hanno dati molti meno, pero purtroppo da qualche un MAC a deciso di rovinarmi la giornata.

Le uniche prove che ho fatto fin ora per risolvere il problema sono riparare i permessi sul disco (non so se era un operazione che serviva, ma nei vari post che ho letto spesso veniva citata:) ) e provare a buttare tutto quello che contiene la parola heidrun e riinstallare ex novo, ma il risultato non e cambiato.
Vi prego, vi scongiuro, vi supplico, vi minaccio, vi imploro :worty::worty: datemi una soluzione da provare altrimenti mi licenziano (scherzo, pero il prob lo devo risolvere)
Se avessi dimenticato qualche informazione chiave per identificare il problema non esistate a chiedere (con parole semplici e la pazienza che ha un genitore con il figlio) tanto per farvi rendere l idea io ancora cerco il tasto destro quando sono seduto di fronte a un MAC ( che ci vuoi fare nessuno e perfetto )

non si legge quale OS stai utilizzando, anche perchè il programma è del 2003, difficilmente compatibile con versioni recenti del sistema operativo. per essere più precisi diciamo che dal 10.3.7 crasha regolarmente.

Non posso fare nulla per farlo tornare a funzionare? fino a giovedi e sugli altri mac (che credo usino la stessa versione) e piu o meno stabile

nulla di più di quello che hai già fatto ovvero cestinare preferenze, eventuale supporto ecc. e riaprire il programma. leggi il tutorial sulla disinstallazione dei programmi, tenendo presente che l'applicazione stessa puoi evitare di reinstallarla ogni volta.
