fixed bug: display of events sometimes partly obscured in event list
Fixed bug: at the end of the month, it could happen that on drawer open the previous month was displayed depening on preferences set
Fixed bug: default font and color in menu status item was not correctly highlighted, this now works for the default (black Lucida Grande) font
