A partire da Safari... non può stare aperto più di 5 secondi che si chiude inaspettatamente...
Poi Firefox... non mi legge bene la posta su hotmail.com e mi da alcuni problemi premendo i tasti tipo "elimina"...

Ho ricondotto il tutto probabilmente ad un installazione forse errata di Flash Player...

Come riportare il tutto alla normalità?

se pensi si tratti di flash player una disinstallazione sicura puoi farla con l'unistaller: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player_osx.dmg

quindi reinstalli: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

qualora non basti, serve una prova con un nuovo utente. crealo per l'occasione e vediamo che succede.

hai provato a vuotare la cache di safari?...capitava pure a me...

mi limito a safari: reinizializza safari ed elimina ogni suo eventuale plugin (igetter, inquisitor ecc ecc). rivedi, nel senso togli e rimetti ogni volta riaprendo safari, uno per uno i vari plugin internet extra come: flash, real, flip4mac ecc. per esempio i plugin browser VLC e dixv sono deleteri.... fanno più danni che altro, rimuovili del tutto! fai attenzione che sono due le cartelle internet plugins. (in libreria principale ed utente). alla fine eventualmente installa la versione 3, per poi ripristinare automaticamente la 2.

ovviamente avevo già reinizializzato e svuotato la cache... non ho plugin da togliere... appena ho il mac sottomano "rivedrò" uno alla volta quelli extra... e vi farò sapere...

P.S. Ho cercato più volte di installare la versione 3 per risolvere il problema, ma sembra che io non abbia questa possibilità... non si installa...

Praticamente è la stessa cosa che ti ha detto flash (e che probabilmente hai già fatto), ma hai controllato se hai qualcosa nella cartella InputManagers della /Libreria? Diversi programmi ne possono piazzare uno senza che ci si accorga. Ho scoperto di recente che persino PathFinder ne installa silenziosamente uno.

ribadisco che devi rimuovere i plugin o i vari add on installati, che anche Lester ti segnalava sotto forma di imputmanagers. per questo rimuovi piclens plugin http://www.piclens.com/safari/ e anche menu extra enabler http://www.unsanity.com/mee

:smt023 OK! Il problema riguardava proprio questi due, che una volta spostati nel cestino, mi hanno permesso di utilizzare nuovamente Safari... Purtroppo non mi ha fatto svuotare subito il cestino perché i plugin erano utilizzati da un'applicazione - non so quale perchè avevo appena aperto il mac, boh!?

In effetti credo che altre due cartelle potrebbero c'entrare: /Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins e ~/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins:

Se non mi sbaglio, alcuni input manager la installano.
