Vedo che usi perian. Togli il component dalla cartella quicktime e riavvia Quicktime player. Facci sapere.

E il problema si ripresenta: oltre al fatto che non apre piu i .flv(ho risolto aprendoli con VLC, cioè non ho risolto), il fatto piu grave è che è tornato a crashare quando lo si apre, ecco il log... :evil:

E il problema si ripresenta: oltre al fatto che non apre piu i .flv(ho risolto aprendoli con VLC, cioè non ho risolto), il fatto piu grave è che è tornato a crashare

Che non ti apra i FLV è del tutto normale visto che è Perian che rende compatibile quel formato con QuickTime. Io per esempio Perian non lo uso e i FLV li apro appunto con Vlc.
Visto che Perian non è il colpevole dei crash puoi reinstallarlo a questo punto!

Come ti ho già proposto: togli TUTTI i component dalla cartella quicktime. E riavvia il player. Poi con pazienza ne aggiungi uno alla volta fino a quando non individui il component colpevole di tanta instabilità.

Non ricordo se Apple Intermediate Codec viene installato da Final Cut o anche da iLife 05. Mi dispiace.

E' stato comunque un errore cestinare i vari component perché questi dovevano essere semplicemente tolti dalla cartella QuickTime e rimessi uno ad uno al fine di individuare il responsabile dei vari crash.

Ciò che conta in questo momento è che QuickTime non vada più in crash e che si sia arrivati ad una soluzione. Tuttavia non sono ancora riuscito a capire dalle tue risposte se hai riparato i filmati con D-Vision...

Eh si lo so ho sbagliato a cestinarli infatti non l'ho fatto apposta.
Non non li ho riparati poichè erano 2/3 filmati ai cui non tenevo particolarmente e che potevo facilmente ri-scaricare.
Quindi cosa faccio per il componente?Per te è uguale se me lo faccio dar da qualcuno?

Senza farsi prendere dall'ansia adesso userei per qualche giorno QuickTime così come è e verificherei la sua stabilità. Del resto era questo il problema e di questo stiamo parlando.

Poi, a quel punto, stai certo che risolviamo anche la questione del codec apple....

Io ho iLife 05, non ho mai installato Final Cut e ho quel componente in HD Macintosh>Libreria>QuickTime... spero che questa informazione possa essere utile ;)
