strane richieste di riavvio

è la seconda volta tra ieri e oggi che mentre navigo qui sul forum lo schermi diventa grigio e appare una scritta che mi chiede di riavviare...ieri non ci ho dato molto peso,ma adesso comincio a preoccuparmi un po....

io vedo che hai installato FAXstf o internetcleanup.... almeno da una lettura veloce cosi mi pare.

bene.... faxstf ricordo ancora su os 9, non c'era giorno che non facesse andare in bomba il sistema.

non ho idea di come funzioni su mac os x, ma se vuoi un consiglio, sarebbe il primo programma che disinstallarei.... da quel che vedo è la causa del tuo problema oppure è internetcleanup.... cmq un programma smith micro.

se faccio una ricerca nel computer non appare nessuna cartella...e sinceramente non so nemmeno cosa sia.... :(

e vediamo se c'è almeno un file.... da qui capisco se hai davvero qualche programma tra quelli sopra nominati.

no no. leggi le istruzioni di disinstallazione del software. non è mai cosi semplice con applicazioni come quelle..... (probabile che ci sia il suo disinstaller)

se non trovi info, cerco.... (cerchiamo) il modo corretto.

forse ho trovato...devo reinstallare e poi cliccare sull'opzione disinstallazione

come leggerai.... prima si utilizza l'unistaller (che poi è l'installer con la funzione unistall, presente nel dmg scaricato o sul cd) e poi si procede alla rimozione manuale degli ultimi componenti rimasti, se esistenti naturalmente.



A complete un/reinstall is a good troubleshooting technique for all software. Here's how to do it for Internet Cleanup:

Launch your Internet Cleanup installer (this is the file you bought as a download or on CD)

Continue as if you were installing. After you enter your registration number, the next screen says "Easy Install" in the upper left corner.
Click the words "Easy Install"; a pop-up menu will appear; choose "Uninstall" from that menu.

In the next screen check the box that says "Uninstall Internet Cleanup" and click the "Uninstall" button in the lower right corner

When the uninstall in complete, look on your machine for any folders that may contain an older copy of Internet Cleanup and drag them to the Trash.

These folders will have "Internet Cleanup" in their names (unless you renamed them). This is a very important step.
Now there are a few other files we want to drag to the Trash:
Go to: (your hard disk) > Library > Preferences, and trash the following (if they exist):
com.allume.ICleanup.plist
com.allume.NetBlockade.plist
com.allume.nsapAgent.plist
Go to: (your Home folder) > Library > Preferences, and trash the following (if they exist):
com.allume.CookieEditor
com.allume.ICleanup
com.allume.ICleanup.plist
com.allume.NetBlockade.plist
com.allume.nsapAgent.plist

You may have files in these locations which end with the same names as above, but begin with "com.aladdinsys." If so, trash them as well. You may also have files in these locations from previous installations whose names begin with the words: "Internet Cleanup", if they exist, trash them.

Now we are going to check to make sure nothing was left behind from previous installations:

Go to: (your hard disk) > Library > CFM Support
If there is a file called "ICRuntimeSupportLib", trash it.
Go to: (your hard disk) > System > Library > Extensions
If there are files there called "NetBlockade.kext" or "Network SpyAlert.kext", trash them. You may be asked to enter your Administrator password to trash these files.
Open your System Preferences (Apple Menu > System Preferences), choose Accounts, and click "Startup Items". If there are items there called "knsard" or "NetBlockadeHelper", select them and click the minus sign "-" to remove them from the list.

Now restart your machine. Once the machine has fully restarted, empty the Trash. The Uninstall is now complete.

ho fatto tutto,solo che dopo la disinstallazione mi ha chiesto subito di riavviare...adesso ho messo nel cestino gli altri file,ma non so se riavviare ancora e poi cancellarli o cancellarli e basta...
